Pop Up & Play, Leeds, 2018

A rainbow themed buffet for children as part of an interactive installation during the Leeds Pride parade. The meal was created for children to cook along and learn about the nutrition of different plant-based foods and the colours that relate to different nutrients. Made with ingredients sourced from local waste food initiative The Real Junk Food Project, proceeds from the meal went back into the cause as well as local homeless charity Emmaus. The event was about encouraging play while promoting nutrition, sustainability, community care and responsibility.
